I was at Conneaut harbor today from 6:20 AM until noon.  Shorebird highlight was a very tame and cooperative WILLET.  It came in at 10:42 AM and was still there when I left.  Other shorebirds: semipalmated plover, killdeer, spotted sandpiper, lesser yellowlegs, 3 semipalmated sandpipers, 10 least sandpipers, and pectoral sandpiper.  Additional birds included: a hen COMMON MERGANSER w/4 smallish young, osprey, bald eagles, 3 Caspian terns (first juv.), 3 e. kingbirds, warbling vireo, purple martins, 100+ bank swallows, and yellow warblers.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
