John Watts added the white-winged scoter to the Hocking County list, and
asked me to mention it (photo attached); his message reads:
"just found three white-winged scoters at lake Logan. They are between
the dam and the fishing pier parking lot and best viewed from the pull
off located in between. This is a county record and the duck we searched
for."
